About A Closer Look

A Closer Look: Climate, People, Wildlands (ACL for short) is a blog of Montana State University's Big Sky Institute.  ACL is meant to educate people, including the general public, scientists, and managers, on science pertaining to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.  The Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem (GYE) is a region covering much of the Northern Rocky Mountains throughout Wyoming, Idaho, and Montana.
